Ulje jetre  bakalara sa aromom  iznimno je bogato vitaminom  D3 ( 99 IU/g ), vitaminom A ( 993 IU/g), kao i Omega 3 masnim kiselinama DPA ( 1,15% ) i DHA ( 11,58% ).
