Redovnom upotrebom u periodu od 4 do 8 sedmica možete očekivati slijedeće:

– Eliminiše masnoću (holesterol i trigliceride)

– Normalizira krvni pritisak

– Normalizira nivo šećera u krvi povećanjem osjetljivosti inzulina

Način upotrebe (kod određenih zdravstvenih stanja):

1. Nervoza – 1 čajna kašika ulja sa šoljicom kave.

2. Kašalj i bronhitis – namazati uljem prsa i leđa i piti 3 x 1 supenu kašiku ulja + 2 kašike ulja staviti u čašu vrele vode i udisati.

3. Malaksalost – 1 supena kašika ulja + sok od narandže. Piti 10 dana ujutro.

4. Poboljšanje pamćenja – 1 mala kašika ulja sa 100 ml čaja od nane. Piti 10 dana.

5. Bubrezi – samljeti pola kg čorokota u zrnu i pomiješati sa pola kg meda, koristiti ujutro prije jela 2 kašike ove smjese sa pola čaše tople vode i jednu kafenu kašiku ulja čorokota.

6. Ljepota – namazati lice sa jednom supenom kačikom ulja čorokota + 1 kašika maslinovog ulja, nako sat vremena izaprati lice sa toplom vodom i sapunom.

7. Povraćanje i mučnina – 1 mala kašika mljevenih karanfilčića pomiješati sa 1 supenom kašikom ulja, popiti sa čašom čaja od nane. Piti 3 puta dnevno.

8. Ojed- ojedeno mjesto oprati vodom i sapunom, zatim posušiti i namazati uljem naveče i ostaviti do jutra. Tako ponavljati 3 dana za redom.

9. Srce i sužavanje krvnih aorti – ujutro i naveče piti po jednu supenu kašičicu (čajnu) ulja sa toplim napitkom (čaj, mlijeko…).

10. Psorijaza – oboljelo mjesto namazati jabukovim sirćetom, a nakon toga uljem čorokota. Terapija traje 15 dana. Ukoliko bude potrebno nastaviti napraviti pauzu od 10 dana, pa ponoviti.
