Opis:

Spirulina ima snažne antimikrobne učinke koji pomažu u stvaranju  optimalne ravnoteže u crijevnoj flori. Djeluje na vraćanje  balansa mkiroflore u crijevima, jer zaustavlja rast patogenih bakterija i gljivica, time poboljšava apsorpciju nutrijenata iz hrane. Njeno blagotvorno djelovanje ključno je za optimalnu probavu, apsorbciju hranjivih tvari i detoksikaciju crijevnog sistema.

Hvaljena kao superhrana zbog visoke koncentracije vitamina uključujući vitamine A, C, E, i B12, kao i čitav niz minerala  poput kalcijuma, magnezijuma, cinka i selena.

Moćno je sredstvo za čišćenje krvi zbog bogatog  izvora hlorofila. Hlorofil pomaže u izgradnji crvenih krvnih zrnaca u tijelu i osigurava magnezijum  koji se lako apsorbuje. Ova kombinacija pomaže oksigenaciju krvotoka  i  uklanja organske toksine. Prepuna je nutrijenata kao što su rijetke Omega 6 GLA masne kiseline i nukleinske kiseline koje pomažu kod oštečenih DNA.

Vrlo je bogata karotenoidima i ima 10 puta veću količinu beta karotena nego mrkva.

Bogata je zeaksantinom i  luteinom, ti antioksidansi  su izuzetno dobri  za vid i opšte zdravlje očiju.

Spirulina sadrži  polisaharide koji poboljšavaju funkcionalnu produktivnost čelija koštane srži, timusa i slezene.

Pokazalo se da fikocijanin i alofikocijanin koji pomažu stvaranju plave boje unutar spiruline (zajedno sa antocijaninima) povećavaju broj bijelih krvnih zrnaca.

Spirulina sadrži najveću koncentraciju klorofila (po volumenu), u odnosu na ostale izvore i time pomaže čišćenje krvi od toksina.
