Eterično ulje Lavande djeluje antimikrobno, spazmolitično, analgetično, karminativno, hiperemično, mukolitično, antistresno i izrazito smirujuće. Dr Gabriels Esencijalno ulje lavande ima izrazito širok spektar djelovanja, stoga i ne čudi što je jedno od najpopularnijih eteričnih ulja u aromaterapiji.

Ulje Lavande je jedno od najstarijih “oružja” velikih imena drevne medicine. Toliko snažno u djelovanju, a opet blago i nježno da relaksira,smiruje i pomaže kod prehlade i bolova.

Djelovanje Esencijalnog ulja lavande:

  • Jača imunološki sistem, olakšava stanje gripe, prehlade, upala sinusa, grla itd.
  • Umiruje živce, otklanja štetni utjecaj psihičke i fizičke iscrpljenosti i nemira
  • Potiče iskašljavanje
  • Čisti kožu i smiruje akne i dubinski hidratizira
  • Jača kosu i korijen kose

Upotreba Esencijalnog ulja lavande:

  • Direktna inhalacija (putem inhalatora ili direktno udisanje eteričnog ulja)
  • Čišćenje kućanstva. Dodajte nekoliko kapi eteričnog ulja sredstvu za čišćenje
  • Kupka. pomiješajte do 5 kapi eteričnog ulja s toplom vodom u kadi
  • Direktna primjena. Nanesite kap eteričnog ulja na oštećeno mjesto na koži kako biste ubrzali oporavak.
  • Masaža. Pomiješajte do 15 kapi eteričnog ulja sa 50 ml baznog ulja. Nježnim pokretima umasirajte u kožu lica ili tijela.

* Oralana upotreba – pijenje (do 5 kapi esencijalnog ulja lavande dodati u neko jestivo ulje, npr. čorokot, bundavu, jetre bakalara, konoplje … pomješati lagano i popiti).
